American Utility acts as an intermediary between you and utility service providers. Once you enroll in a service:

• Your contract is with the service provider, not American Utility
• The provider's terms and conditions apply to your service
• American Utility is not responsible for the provider's service quality or billing
• Any disputes must be resolved directly with the provider

6. No Guarantee of Savings

While we strive to help you find competitive rates, we cannot guarantee specific savings amounts. Actual savings depend on your usage, location, current rates, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Utility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Intellectual Property
